In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of life coaches doing what is traditionally business coaching. What's the difference?

A Business Coach is there to help you get your business performance in order. They may well use life coaching skills. However, they will usually have a strong business background.

A Life Coach will usually be concerned with helping their coachee to tackle deeper seated issues affecting them personally.
